A Squeeze of Lemon was started in January 2012 and provides cookery parties, after-school cookery clubs, workshops in schools and catering for celebrations, meetings and events.
As a Cookery Teacher Nellie finds it inspiring to pass on age old skills to children from all walks of life and to give them cookery skills for life so that they may enjoy the simple pleasure of cooking and eating tasty food with their friends and family.
Previous to starting A Squeeze of Lemon, Nellie was head chef at The Park Cafe providing fresh, healthy and seasonal food to it's on and off site customers including community groups, drop-in centres, adults with learning difficulties, schools whilst working closely with volunteers. She also taught cookery at The Square Food Foundation, Bristol; formerly known as The Cookery School at Bordeaux Quay.
Nelle Hamilton holds a current DBS Check and is fully insured.
